A homeowner in Wellard called us out after hours when their sectional garage door opener stopped working, leaving them unable to use the door.

Our technician attended the same evening to assess the door and opener. The existing opener had failed and was no longer worth repairing, so the quickest and most reliable fix was a new unit.

A new Jaytech 1200 V4+ sectional door opener was installed, connected to the existing power point and programmed with its open and close limits.

A full door service was carried out free of charge at the same time, checking the springs, cables, drums, rollers, hinges and tracks, lubricating the moving parts and testing the door with the new opener through several full open and close cycles.

A garage door that won’t open can’t always wait until the next business day. Our after-hours service meant the homeowner had a working door again without the wait.
