First National Real Estate Swans Residential booked us to attend a rental property in Baldivis to check the double sectional garage door for their tenant.

Our technician carried out an on-site assessment of the door and opener, checking how the door was running and looking over the torsion spring, cables, drums, rollers, hinges and tracks for wear or damage.

A full door service was then completed, adjusting the spring tension, lubricating the moving parts, tightening hardware and checking the opener’s settings and safety reverse.

The door was tested through several full open and close cycles with the opener to make sure it was balanced and running smoothly, and a service sticker was left on the opener for the next scheduled service.

Regular servicing helps property managers keep rental garage doors safe and reliable for tenants, and picks up small problems early before they turn into costly repairs.
