Sectional Door Motor Installation in Landsdale

About this project

A homeowner in Landsdale wanted a new opener for their sectional garage door, along with better security when the door is closed.

Our technician installed a Superlift Ultra 1200 opener, mounted centrally above the door on its rail and connected to the existing power point.

A Superlift wireless electronic lock was then fitted beside the door track. It works with the opener to lock the door when it closes and unlock it when it opens, with no cables run back to the motor.

The opener and lock were programmed and tested together, and four remotes were set up and handed over with the user manual and warranty details.

A full door service was included at no charge, so the door itself was checked and adjusted to run smoothly with the new motor.

Pairing the opener with a wireless lock means the door opens at the press of a button and is locked every time it closes, without the homeowner having to do it by hand.
