Commercial Roller Door Service in Malaga

About this project

Innovative Mining Services contacted us about the large motorised roller door at the front of their warehouse in Malaga. The door would only travel up about one metre before reversing back down, leaving the business without proper access to the warehouse.

At around 5 metres high, this is a big commercial door with the drum and motor mounted well above the opening. A forklift was available on site, giving our technician safe access to reach the drum, motor and limit settings.

Our technician carried out a full door service, checking the curtain, guides, drum, spring tension and motor, and adjusting the opener settings so the door travels its full height. The door was then tested through several full open and close cycles to make sure it opened and closed reliably.

A service reminder was left on the door showing when the next full service is due.

For commercial sites, a door that won’t open fully can hold up deliveries and daily operations. A full service keeps large warehouse doors running smoothly and helps avoid costly breakdowns.
